Laith Khoury is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur with a rich background that spans corporate leadership, human resources, psychology, fitness, and recruitment.
As the founder of SpartanSC, and with prior roles including HR Director for GMK Group and Middle East Recruitment Director at DevoTeam, Laith brings a strategic vision to digital transformation and talent management.
He holds a BBA in Management with an emphasis on Accounting from SFASU and a Postgraduate Award in Psychology from the University of Liverpool, specializing in Behavioral and Social Psychology.
Laith's extensive certifications range from Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist to Master NeuroLinguistic Programming Practitioner.

We do this by studying psychology, neurolinguistics, and leadership philosophies; and also by finding up-and-coming authors, philosophers, mental health professionals, and industry leaders.

MY FIRST BUSINESS
I had no clue what I was doing; all I knew was that I loved recruitment while working at Philip Morris International, and I was not being given more career opportunities in that field.
So, I did what any semi-sane person would do...
I launched a business with a limited budget, and forged my own career path.
